Return Window
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. Any return requests made after 7 days of the delivery date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit or exchange for the value of the returned item, subject to our eligibility conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
- Reported and requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
Wrong Delivery Address
If an incorrect delivery address was provided at the time of placing the order, Paraiso Jewels is not responsible for the error. However, we will do our best to assist you. If the package has not yet been delivered, we can arrange a redelivery to the correct address, subject to an additional delivery charge. Please contact us immediately so we can coordinate with our courier partner before the delivery is attempted.
