Domestic Shipping (India)
All orders within India ship free of charge. No minimum order value required.

Global Shipping
Paraiso Jewels ships worldwide. International orders are subject to the following conditions:
Customs & Import Duties — The buyer is fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in their country. Paraiso Jewels is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Export Compliance — We comply with all Indian export regulations under the Foreign Trade Policy and RBI/FEMA guidelines. All international shipments include a commercial invoice, packing list, and Certificate of Origin as required. Jewellery is shipped in compliance with Gems & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) guidelines.
International Delivery Time
- Express Shipping: 7–10 business days (as per buyer's location)
- Standard Shipping: 15–20 business days (as per buyer's location)
- If you have an account with UPS or FedEx, please share the account details at the time of placing your order.
- All global items are shipped on a CSL basis.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your full address, pin code / ZIP code, and phone number before placing your order. Paraiso Jewels is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

- Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
