What is the minimum order for findings?
Our MOQ is 50 pieces per SKU (style + metal + size). You can mix different finding types to reach the minimum total order value.
Can I order findings in multiple metals in one order?
Yes — you can order the same finding in silver, gold, and brass in a single order. Each metal and size combination counts as a separate SKU for MOQ purposes.
Do you supply custom or OEM findings?
Yes. Our in-house CAD team can design and produce findings to your exact specification. Minimum quantity for custom orders is 100 pieces.
Are your silver findings hallmarked?
All our 925 sterling silver findings are certified and can be supplied with hallmark documentation on request.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders ship within 5–7 working days. Custom orders take 10–21 working days. All shipments go via DHL or FedEx with tracking and insurance.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
The buyer is responsible for all local import duties and taxes. We provide full export documentation and commercial invoices for customs clearance.
