What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 10 units, which can be mixed across different styles and collections.
Can I order samples before committing to bulk?
Yes — samples are available at cost price for orders under 50 units, and free for orders of 50+ units.
Do you offer OEM, CAD design, and custom packaging?
Yes. We offer full OEM manufacturing and in-house CAD design and prototyping services. Custom engraving is available on 20+ units, private label packaging on 50+ units. For fully bespoke signature collections, visit Atelier by Pariso.
Who is responsible for import duties and taxes?
The buyer is responsible for all local import duties, customs fees, and taxes applicable in their country. We provide full export documentation and commercial invoices to assist with customs clearance.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production is 5–14 working days depending on order size. Shipping via DHL / FedEx takes 3–7 additional days with full tracking and insurance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (TT/SWIFT) and PayPal. Payment terms are 50% deposit upfront and 50% before dispatch. Letter of Credit (LC) is available on orders of 500+ units. Please note that all applicable local import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
